1. Androgenetic Alopecia

Androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is a progressive, genetically determined hair loss condition driven by the hormone Dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It leads to gradual thinning of hair, primarily affecting the front (temples) and crown (vertex) of the scalp.

2. Telogen Effluvium

Telogen Effluvium (TE) is a temporary, non-scarring hair loss condition where a large number of hair follicles prematurely shift into the telogen (resting/shedding) phase.

This results in diffuse hair fall, often noticed during:

• Hair wash
• Combing
• Increased hair on pillow or floor
